This program has been specifically designed to help the engineering college students clear the campus placement tests and interviews. The focus is on honing the skills of the students in clearing the aptitude and the technical tests. This program has major benefits for the institutes as well as the students. It helps the Institute evaluate current level of readiness of students for campus by performing SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Institute can organize systematic training with the help of industry experts to improve the level of readiness of students for campus placement. This program helps students get ready for campus with higher probability of getting selected.

The campus readiness program is divided into three phases. The first phase is the SWOT analysis. The second phase is the training phase. In this phase the students are trained to clear the Aptitude test, Group Discussion and HR interviews. The third phase has mock-up sessions. These sessions give the students practice and confidence to handle actual interviews.
