Sales Head -1
Required
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT and IT education industry
  • Strong knowledge of Sales starting from lead generation engine to opportunity to closure and finally customer management
  • Should be able to do both hunting and farming sales activities as a lead sales
  • Should have sound understanding of Marketing processes
  • Should be able to create and manage distribution channels
  • Must have worked with major Tier-1/ Tier-2 companies as vendor
  • Strong understanding IT education service offerings
  • Self motivated person with rigur to drive business
  • Must have the ability to work with multiple partners

Center Head -1

Required
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT and IT education industry
  • Atleast 4-6 years of experience working as leader of a training center managing all trainings as per the requirements and scheduled with quality out put
  • Should have strong background as trainer/instructor/lecturer
  • Should be able to manage customer accounts successfully and maintain relationships
  • Should be able to scale strategic customer accounts
  • Should know various techniques of training (instructor led, eLearning etc)
  • Should be able to help create quality content for various trainings
  • Should be able to manage faculty effectively
  • Should be cognizant of cost factors and be able to to execute profitably
  • Should have worked with Tier-1/Tier-2 IT companies with successful account management

  • Strong relationship with Tier-1 and Tier-2 companies
