Returning to work after a career break can be daunting, with concerns around skills, experience, confidence and working hours. AlmaMate helps you regain confidence and re-skill with our ‘Helping Women Get Back to Work’ initiative of Free salesforce for women to re-enter the industry. We also provide placement opportunities by connecting you with our hiring partner companies.
If you have been out of workplace for several years but are open to acquire new skills, and your motivation and interest to re-integrate the workplace is aligned with our value system, then you might have found the right place!

3 months of intensive online instructor-led training in Salesforce
3 months of internship to gain hands-on experience

What Skills are we looking for?
Mandatory Requirements
- Not currently working (for at least 1 year)
- 3+ years of total working experience before taking break
- True willingness to re-skill into Salesforce
Soft skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Eager to learn, create and innovate
- Experience/interest in technology
- Learning agility and aptitude
Relevant Background
- Appetite to find a role in the SFDC Ecosystem
- Has already dived into Marketing Fields, CRM Tools, Analytics or similar tools (ideally cloud-based)
- Graduate degree
- Nice to have: Experience in go to market activities, solutioning/architecture, project management and medium to large IT implementations
What roles are available
We will provide this free salesforce for women training for the following roles based on your background:
- Salesforce Administrator –Non-IT background
- Salesforce Developer -IT background
What Happens once I have applied
- Once you have applied, you will get an email from us to complete your application and send us your CV
- Your selection will be based on written test and interview.
What is not covered in the program
- We strongly recommend that you apply for relevant Salesforce certification on completion of training. This will be of great help in job interviews. AlmaMate will not bear the cost of Salesforce certification.
- We can’t guarantee a job placement as we are focused on reskilling, but we support and open up our network and connection to partners within the program to increase opportunities of employment.
