AlmaMate Info Tech - Refund Policy
1. Admission
FeesThe admission fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Tuition Fees Refund Eligibility
Tuition fees are refundable only if the student withdraws from the training within 24 hours of admission. Beyond this period, no refund request will be entertained.
3. Refund Request Process
Students seeking a refund must inform the Training Manager within 24 hours of admission through the official channel of communication designated by AlmaMate Info Tech.
4. Refund Deductions
In case of an approved refund, the following deductions will be applied:
- 18% GST on the total amount paid.
- 10% Cancellation Charges on the total amount paid.
5. No Refund for Mid-Program Withdrawals
If a student decides to opt out of the training program after 24 hours of admission or in the middle of the program, no refund will be provided.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days from the date of the raised request.
